Hey, Bonk, I've tried deep scan as an Andro a few times, and nothing happens.  What is supposed to happen?

-S'Cipio

It's only in Enemy Sweep Patrol (a GAW prototype mission), press deep scan and you will zoom ahead at speed 500, press it again and you will come to a full stop. Its strictly a test of the possible scripting functionality really, but it's fun to play with. Same goes for the Tholian tractor ("web snare").

D/l your mod now ;) This sounds like fun!

I have one wee little problem at the moment, very soon i WILL be reinstalling windows on my laptop, soon. (and yes it needs it(not untill the end of October)). Now i cant find my OP disk, but will continue to look for it in my room.

The reason being I am in school, and it is taking up most of my time.

i will be back on soon... :)

Cool, thanks for taking the trouble, I'll check out the film! Save the screenshot as a .jpg using paint, for upload, should work.

edit: I took a look at the film:
http://www.dynaverse.net/downloads/repository/Film_Room/General/SFBOP04-SpaceDragon.rec

And boy is the Dragon allergic to stingers! lol, no point defense - its helpless, never even fired a plasma... Thanks for the film deadman.
(as an example, a screenshot from the film is attached as a .jpg - I saved the .bmp as .jpg in paint -> 48KB)

Alternatively, post screenshots in the library under "Images/OP Screenshots" with the SFBOP04- prefix if you find that more convenient.

10 points to the hydrans for the first SpaceDragon kill! (even though it was a cakewalk, lol).

Silly rabbit! I cannot award points for a friendly kill, or it would be abused... I'll put you down as in the running for the "Bastard" award.. ;)

Lotta fun Bonk.

The Andro Displacement works as advertised in Enemy Sweep.  Against a plasma shooter, that appears to be the only defense (but what a defense it is).

Not sure if the cartels are having an impact on changing DVs of other cartels/neutrals.  Haven't been able to change one yet.

The mandatories kinda of slow down cartel play, but that probably isn't a major factor since they are still fun to play.

Been watching that, it  looks like your battles did have an effect (BlueGreen on the webmap battles record?), sounds like yer map may not be updating? I'll keep an eye on it and check the settings tho...

(Plz delete account: Green, Tholian)

Done, will take on next reboot at 4:00PM ADT today.

- Andromedan "Deep Scan" will simulate displacement and Tholian tractor will simulate the web snare on Enemy Sweep Patrol. (as incentive to fly Thol or Andro)

You want this in all the EEK missions?

I wouldn't mind having a set like that to use with this mod, thanks for offering. Not critical tho, I intended only to update the missions installer for this server if we get the last few kinks out of 2.21.
