I find it awesome that the company has different languages available, and I like their conservation efforts as well as research and development.

I'm not too familiar with the TSX and how they report stock history, and the differences in the Canadian dollar vs American dollar throut this company's history. Can some Canadian take a lookie and let me know if they are a good investment?

Peat moss is a PERFECT product for desert climate areas as it keeps water in the soil, instead of letting the topsoil go dry too quickly. Home Depot here in Mexico sells it, trouble is, how can a product sell to it's full potential without advertising in Spanish? The packaging is in English and French, they need to add Spanish to the plastic packaging that explains all the benefits of using this product, especially in desert climate areas where water use and conservation is crucial  :)

No idea as to whether it's a good investment.  Not a gardener or farmer by any means.  However, I do know that the canadian dollar is trading at generally high values (about eighty cents USD) and that this situation is unlikely to change in the near future.  Though this means that the USD will convert to less loonies at this time, don't let this affect your decision too much as the loonie is unlikely to come down significantly in the future.  Barring another crazy set of events such as the ones that sent our loonie up or another set of investment bullies or anything like that.

Did you send that spanish thing in their suggestion box on their site?  Granted, it's a flip of the coin as to whether it gets somewhere useful or ends up wallowing on some techie's machine in Saskatoon, but it's still worth a shot.

A few years ago the company I work for was making a product for a 3rd party that was being shipped to Mexico.  The labels were all in Spanish.  I know no Spanish but I found that my very limited French was enough to allow me to read the labels.  French and Spanish are both descended from Latin and share a great deal.  My French teacher told me that learning French, Spanish or Italian is very easy if you already know one of the other two.    You may find that your Mexican friends have little difficulty reading the French labels and instructions.

I already got the names of the board of directors including the CEO, and the company address. I'll give an update on whether I get a response or not. I think not only putting the info in 3 different languages would help sales, but also a lil bit of heavy advertising, not for long as advertising costs eat away profit, but enough advertising to make people aware.

My next project is writing Home Depot, there is only ONE in Chihuahua City, IMHO they could do much better by adding other stores on the other sides of the city like they do in America as this store is ALWAYS busy. Hmmmm, they also have some hotties working the registers and stuff. I'd love to get positive response from them regarding another store or two as not only does it ease up on traffic it also provides employment to more Mexicans, thus giving them no reason to run for our border and get a job in America. Home Depot screwed up one time in it's history by buying wood taken from the rainforest, the people spoke and HD listened and cut off that contract QUICK! They are a hardcharging company and pay well and have good health benefits, even here in Mexico. Their stock is also very highly rated by the majority of analysts.
