Aye, I think this shows the effectiveness of this drafting scheme.  All drafts should have been final with the exception of a couple of trade options.  Otherwise, it's not really a draft.  It's just an overextended bureaucratic morass.  I have no idea of the details of this draft, but there is no way it should take this long.

Well he does a better job that Berslayer the Kiltwearing Ho.  Was out on the town with Bear and some local buddies last night.  By the time I met up with them after work they were all pretty tipsy and already had a long line of stories about Bearslayer's adventures in his "Utilikilt".  Unlike the unsightly plaid variety this one had pockets and looked kinda cool actually, but it was the response it drew from all the females out and about that had the rest of us all considering buying one ourselves (except for Agave.....he still prefers the Gorn tutu ).

Well, it seems clear that a draft involves a list of players and their selection.  Should take about a couple of hours.  Meet up on TS or ventrilo with lists of preferred players.  Rotating selection orders for each draft round.   And done.  Two hours, not four weeks or whatever the hell it is.  Clearly what is fubaring the process is people not doing what a draft is, i.e. trading, bitching, and backroom dealing, as always.  Don't need to be a rocket scientists to figure that one out.   And if I don't know anything about the process, it's because you D2 elite circle-jerks don't tell the community what is going on, what the process is, and how it is going which is totally typical of self-delusional petty tyrants.  Get over yourselves.

The draft trades seem to be stalled.  All the participants have realized that, no matter how much trading they do someone still ends up with you.

PS:  Icehawk, the server itself found some bugs in the setup, and the admins are retooling it.  I wouldn't expect to see a published final draft result until the server is ready to go.  In the meantime, J'inn and Kroma and DH seem to be ramping up GW4 to fill in the time.

The pneumatics department of the MathcubeGuy Institute has made an amazing discovery!  Yes sirs, it seems that years and years of arguing on the Taldren and Dynaverse forums have produced the data necessary to determine the charged nature of a forum argument!  Yes, good and esteemed fellows of science, long and hard laughing at studying forum arguments have produced the following three laws.

The first is the fact that leptons, excepting their neutrino versions, are negatively charged in nature.  This caused what would normally be a neutral inquiry to be phrased as a negative statement.

Secondly, is that friction can cause a charge to build up.  This friction caused others to show up and say nothing other than they did not like their fellow leptons.

Lastly, negative charges attract positive charges, and this rule is what sends jokers in, a jovial attempt to derail the topic into OT land.


Next week, the demonstration of a argument-driven, lighter-than-air vehicle.  Also known as a Hot Air Balloon.*
