#1 did you add the HP icons with D'Deridxes (sp?) HP Editor?
#2 Ensure that the arcs are valid ones. I posted the chart here somewhere.

Might want to Post this in the Mods forums also adam, I'm not sure But I would think It might have something to do with Hardpoints, But I'm not really up on that aspect of the game.

I think the problem is that you have those extra weapons set in the defaultloadout/core. Or at least that was me problem when I had the same issue.
