An exceptionally cool design, with a very well written history. I'm pretty sure there's one floating about already but variety is the spice of life so please go ahead and make another.

Yeah, do it...don't worry about if someone else has done it. If we all did that, there would only be models by p81, WZ, Atra etc. available, since they've done 'em all. ;D

Can't wait to see your take on the design. ;)
