I have lists from each house but I see that people are still signing up on the list.

Maybe it would be a good idea for the list to be locked and for each house to resubit their lists to me so that all the names are included.

I can go with what I have but some of the late signer-uppers will be excluded then.

Would the house leaders please let me know what I should do.

I was lead to believe the second round draft would end right near the start of the server.

As the server is now projected to start a heck of a lot later than when it looked like it may start when I submitted my draft card, we could do either one of 2 things:

1: Kroma had posted a list of people that Dizzy and I used. Tracey can draft off that set, then the remaining names can be the start of a 3rd round of drafting
2: We ignore the draft cards submitted, and draft off the full 2nd round list closer to the actual server start date...

I'm willing to go with either option...

Julin is correct, the second draft was supposed to catch stragglers, however, given that KVW has been rescheduled for a later date, I would suggest then, J'inn, that you take the names on the second draft list and alocate them to houses according to your previous procedure. Send the updated lists to the house leaders and the names of those players in the draft list thread can be marked as allocated. The thread itself we can then continue to use as further players sign up.

Let's leave the second round signup list open. The Houses can send new Second Round draft lists to me a week before kickoff.

I'm going to go rest now. I'm tired from all this work.
