still down

im still down at home. some of the tools i need are at work and i have no cd burner, however im not out. im getting a 1 gig USB pen drive, that shodul solve the problem. then maybe i can get started.

Too bad you can't pull out the hard drive and then bring it home and hook it up as a slave and download what you need.
The pen is truly mightier than the sword.  And considerably easier to write with.

suuure take a hard drive out of a Sony owned pc and take it to my house?

why dont you get and ecternal data storage, whit that you can put a 200 gig hd and store what you need and you can carry it and plug it to any computer whit a usb port, its cheap and verry usefull. 8)

I like the ones with the detachable SD cards rather than the built in ones, but hey, if one' s cheaper than the other...

Say Rick, do you have a Gmail account? If not we can get you set up with one. It has a 1 gig Storage limit, so Backing things up to your email, and grabbing It back, would be a Cheaper Avenue.
