Hey Adam,
I don't know if this is accurate or not, you know that I'm not up on canon, ::) but...
It's not complete, but has a lot of what you asked about.

PS I didn't see where these guys forbid remote linking, but I figured I'd just post a link instead of possibly offending anyone.
If Romulans aren't cowards, then why do they taste like chicken?

i have a book on startrek call startrek star charts, it show the road of the nx01, nx02, the enterprise (kirk), i think it also show the enterprise D but i know it sho the road of voyager, i don't know if its cannon and i don't know if there is one, you might ask at startrek.com but i don't think the ever made one that show who's where fom each time periode, if there is one that also show or sayd at what time each chip have ben at the same place like when the enterprise was battling the planet killer and use the consteletion to kill it, and when the  enterprise was using the M5 computer and battle other fed ship, sutff like that could be cool to know, if you find that tell me.

There is at least one innacuracy wih the map, the Romulans share a border with the Cardassians.  There are several of the late season episodes that have Romulan Space and Cardassian space next to each other. (dialog only of course)  The producers are leary of having a map, since as it did in the early seasons of DS9 (when the Klingons were moved to be closer for the Klingon-Cardassian war), the location of territories tend to change based on who's writing the script.

No Thats completely wrong,

The Romulans and Cardassians DO NOT border each other,
They would both have to cross Federation space to meet, as would the Klingons

Remember,
Romulan & Klingon space is in the Beta Quadrant
Cardassia, Tholia, Breen, Ferengi and most of Federation space is in the alpha quadrant

Have a look at the Star Trek charts by "Geoffrey Mandel" widely regarded as canon

Actually...There is no cannon source that states the Romulans and Klingons are in the Beta Quadrant.  The Beta Quadrant reference to the Romulans was first put forth in a novel, cant remember which one, but it has been picked up by many writers since then.  And Star Trek VI mentions that the Klingons are in the Alpha Quadrant. (although they were very liberal with the term quadrant when TOS was involved.)

You must remember, There is a distinct difference between cannon and non-cannon, which can be summed up like this.

Cannon - All Television Episodes (minus TAS) and movies, and two novels (both written by Jeri Taylor, exec producer of Voyager)
Semi Cannon - Those ideas put forth off screen, notes from the film producers, blueprints created for ships. The Animated Series would fall into this category, in my opinion.
Non-Cannon- Anything put forth in a novel (minus the two Jeri Taylor novels), Techincal Manuals, etc.

Now of course, we can always go by the original definition of cannon as laid out by Gene Roddenberry, but to do so is more of a headache than its worth.  The above is the official "What is cannon?" list put out by Paramount Pictures about three  years ago.

The number of official maps in the Startrek universe could probably be counted on two or three hands...and only three of them deal with anything more than a star system or a few sectors.  (If anyone can find that beautiful Stellar Cartography map from Generations that is probably the best one and is most likely to have some ideas for where everything is.)

Well for obvious reasons when we look at a map, we look at it thru a 2 dimensional situation
(eg: we cant see underneath - supposing were looking at the top layer)

Now if thats the case and we want to got 3 dimensional and the map would have levels so to speak, that would change a lot
(eg: its widely accepted that the Gorn and trhe Romulans DID NOT have a common border)
Yet how is this possible when many times the Gorn-Romulan Wars are mentioned

As the the Dominion ships attacking thru Romulan space, I remember that and would find it hard to accept without them having a border,
However
I have never seen ANY ST map that shows these races bordering each other

The reason i go by the ST Charts book is because its 95% accurate IMHO
I,ve got every episode of DS9 on DVD, and the places mentioned in all space (Rom-Cardy-Klingon-Fed) is incredibly accurate
There is so many episodes that mention
eg: Sarpeidion in Cardassion space - Home to the 12th Order - Yep its there in the ST Charts book

It might not be perfect but its by FAR the most accurate ST Maps i,ve ever seen !

P.S  The ST Charts book was endorsed by Paramount

All  Star Trek material is endorsed by Paramount.  Just thought I'd mention it, though, Mike Sussman (he's an writer for Enterprise, who happened to have wrote "Regeneration") mentioned the star charts book, so, even if it isn't canon, he probably considers it reliable enough to use to make sure he doesn't mess up (Mike Okuda's Star Trek Chronology was used in the same way, and their speculative date for the founding of the Federation was used by one of the writers who needed a date for the founding of the Federation).
