My wife and I caught the series premiere of the new show Lost on ABC.  Talk about an awesome show.  It just kept building and building.  There wasn't the normal formulaic 20 minutes into the show we know that xx will happen and that 5-10 minutes before the end of the show everything will get wrapped up in a neat tidy bow.

If you missed the first episode it goes like this.

1)  Plane crashes on a "deserted" island 1,000 miles from where they were expected to be.

2)  Many people die.

3)  48 people are left alive.

4)  Something big, hungry, nasty lives in the jungle.

ABC, 7pm Central Time, Wednesday.

sound boring like survivor, why do the always crash on a unknow place, why never in a big city with no tv and no computer?  :o

It's boring until the first person is sucked into the still turning Jet turbine or eaten by the unseen creature.  Then it gets interesting.

So.......

48 survivors, 24 episodes per season.

I guess the show is good for at msot two seasons.  After that we get to watch island grass grow.  ;)

If only one is pregnant then they ARE REALLY in trouble as it takes 2 to tango, hehehehehe.
