My bad.  I accidentally kicked the power plug, and then restarted the server with a patched shiplist.

I hadn't had time to announce the patch yet, so I hadn't intended to use this list. All should be well now;  try again.  Your current shiplist should get you on.

I'll put the patched shiplist out tomorrow evening.  After I do, the Rom Base Stations and Starbases will launch their PFs as they should.  (The battle stations have always worked.)  I found the typo that was preventing this.

If you are Romulan and have enough PP to buy a base, I suggest you wait until tomorrow evening.
