I remember this sucker.  Does this have one or three Photons like Bivander Zane's ship.  How about a cloaking device.  I still play Judgement Rites which is how I know so much.

Load-outs, I'm not so sure about.  And you can't download it yet; you have to wait for the release of GaW 2.0.  But here's a bit more on the Elasi ship if some aren't familiar with it:

Class: Heavy Cruiser (CA)
The Elasi were a brutal cartel of pirates that plagued shipping during the 2250s to 2260s.  After raids on Damocles Station and the USS Masada, the Elasi joined forces with the renegade Vardane scientist Dr. Ies Bredell in his bid to seize power over his world and destroy the Federation.  After the USS Enterprise thwarted both of Bredell's attempts, the Elasi had fallen on hard times.  In the 2280s, they made the tremendous mistake of encroaching in on the territory of the Orion Syndicate and most of the pirates were either wiped out or absorbed into other cartels by 2290.  This is their primary and only known vessel, an obvious hodge-podge of antique Klingon technology, among others.  The Romulan Tal Shiar even supplied the Elasi with old cloaking devices.  This ship is seldom seen today.
