Hi, all:

I would really like to thank the 40 something players who gave Squadron Commander a chance. (Final account score was 52, but I know a couple of people had duplicate accounts to experiment with the different PF's in their alliance.) I hope you all had as much fun with it as I did.

The server has come down at midnight, as scheduled. I have saved a copy of the final DB, and in the next couple of days I will use that copy to count up the victory score.

In the meantime, since KCW hasn't kicked off yet, I've put the server back up in "fun" mode. The map is as you left it. Feel free to use this to screw around if you want your SFC fix over the next couple of days.

Once again, thanks to all who joined in the fun. I hope you had a blast trying something really different, and I'll try to take lessons learned and incorporate them into future servers.

I had a blast with my PF squadron tearing up ISC space. Almost makes up for the horror of Storm Season!

I didn't get to play nearly enough due to Star Wars DVD, giving a little help to KCW, and some other BIZARRE things......

BUT, when I did manage to play, I found it quite interesting and FUN.
