Actions speak louder than words...
For example, I was driving to school this morning and this guy cuts me off just so he can be in front of me. My lane isn't moving any faster than his, and he had no intention of making a quick turn, thus needing to be in my lane, he just cut me off. "Now what does this action say," you might ask?
Good question, I'm glad you asked it.
An action like that says, "You do not need a 'safety zone' between you and the car ahead of you, or between you and any other car for that matter, so therefore I am going totake that space away for you."
So here is my question: if he feels so strongly that I should have no "safety zone" between myself and other cars that he will take that space away from me, why does he throw a temper tantrum when I surrender to his train of thought and stay nice and clse to his bumper? Seriously, why woul dyou get mad ad someone for tailgating when you slipped yourself into a position where you will be tailgated unless I were to slam on my breaks to give him the space that he just deemed unnecesary?
