I'm wondering how they are completely rewriting OP. Are they adding plasma bolts and upgrading to the latest version of DirectPlay (which is DirectPlay8)?

Not sure I can be bothered, but as you are the Doc, can you run an AI standard patrol in 2 minutes in a KRC? If so, there is no problem and I am utterly wrong. If you cannot, then the KRC is a worse ship for AI missions than ones I know can.

No nothing w/ plasma bolts yet, but they have figured out how to get plasma webs for the Thoilians to work.  Last I checked they were able to create thoilian webs using a variant of space mines.  They were writing script to get the Ai to use it properly.  They are also working on plasma snare technology...trying to get it to go.  The models are pretty much done for all races as well as the sound package...very fun to play.

Some pretty creative guys are doing a great job w/ this.

So far they have Thoilians, Andromedians w/ Sat ships, Breen, Borg, Dominion, Cardasian, Ferengi, + all the regular races.  Not all the races are 100% yet but they are close.

V
