Is it just space marines you can play?
Dammit I want my Iron Warriors!
Or Orks.
Or Dark Eldar...

God I wasted a lot of money on 40K.

Beat me to It Grim, I just saw a thingie on Tech TV Xplay last night, and the game looks pretty cool Graphics wise anyway. I'll wait to see the gameplay of course before I grab It.

Heck I'm waiting on my copy of Star Ocean till the end of time today.

What liker said about the races is correct.well  the game is addictive , that i can say..,ah  and the graphics, hell i am not allowed to post any pictures,.. but those screenshots that are available are  not the tinyest bit exagerated. In motion it looks  even more incredible.
If you invested any money in the TT game.. Relics GAme is a MUST. There is 100 mb trailer somewhere on the net, grab it if you find it.
Grim if you are interested,,..Pm me.

How big of a force can you field?

I never did much WH40K, but I spent tons of money and time playing Epic40K (and now Epic Armageddon.)  If I could command a few hundred troops and a column or two of heavy armor into combat at the same time, then I'd definitely buy this game.

Never played the table top game but I read somewhere that the limit was 200 squads and support vehicles.

Man, Epic was originally called Adaptis Titanticis... Not to mention another good games called Space Hulk and or Dark Future was fairly a fast paced game as well.

Yeah, I have been itching to take a closer look at DoW. Since I have been a GW whore since 1987.
