All Klingons are to abandon the great meeting room, and try to fit into the hallway leading to the planetside latrine?
(We all know that the Klingons are accustomed to using planetside latrines whenever possible as the shipboard ones I hear are smaller than port-a-potties...
I cannot confirm that as all I got were the "special" diplomatic starships that actually had a full-size restroom for the ambassador...)
Of course, that hallway, being as special as it is, might be bigger than the great meeting room anyway, so I don't thing it'll be too hard to move the gathering there, is it???
