Yes, that huzzy, Mini Me, was out running arount with some other huzzy named Lord Khan.   Mini Me said Khan was my new second Daddy.

They drafted me in a planet assualt.  I got to defend the planet and cheat, erm, I mean use the bases also.  So They killed my ship.   meanies.   they snickered at me.  meanies.  they slapped me around.  meanies.   So I got mad and killed Khan and ran Mini me off by cheating, erm, I mean using the bases. 

So since I did die.  I give Mini Me an uncle (yes he's still a Daddy also, we live in West Virginia) and I give Khan a no relation.   :p

1)  No I did not like that tactic.  I tend to not like things that involve my ship going boom.  I'm funny that way.
2)  You are a bastard.
3)   I now have carpal tunnel from writting all of those Dear Mr. & Mrs. Blah Blah, Your son, died honorably in battle while serving under my command.  I wish the escape pod was bigger, but it wasn't. So sorry.  Love, J'inn,  letters.

I really must issue a formal complaint regarding Federation Escape Pods.  They are . . . unacceptable.   Since I have been assigned Federation ships for the war I really must have the appropriate equipment for a Kzin of my standing.   Therefore I hereby demand that the following be placed on all Command Escape Pods.

1) Direct T.V with the Sports-a-Holic Package.
2) A minibar.  Hold the mini.
3)  At least 3 females.  Humanoid please.
4)   A few goats.  (I could be a long wait for rescue and I get hungry).

Actually, if you use human females we could knock out items 3 and 4 at the same time.   I'm nothing if not efficient.

How are you going to fit all of that in 1 "Command" escape pod?

I had to use my command pod, along with 2 other pods, just to get the 4 of me off the U.S.S. Little Paradise when it got sacked.  Luckily there were many bridge crew casualties and a couple of spare escape pods still on the bridge...

I have to commend Federation scientists, they have mini-tractors on the escape pods, and they can link up to big escape-blocks, only problem (for you) is to get the doors to open to the rest of the pods...  (Luckily we could hold our conversations telepathically so the 4 of me wasn't too bored waiting for the pickup...)

Think I'm the only guy who likes droners, and thinks fasts should be banned.  They're just stupid, and give too big an advantage to the droner races.  Can we maybe, someday, have a late era server where you just can't GET fast drones?  I mean, who needs em, cept fer some of them samurai kitties anyway?

Depends on the time frame of the server for the speed.
Player decides the type (1-light, 4-heavy) of drone as well as the speed of it with the maximum set by the server settings, usually faster=more pp.
