Topic: Since the GW3 GamePlay thread is locked..

HTF are we supposed to reply if the thread is locked? 
And how is this going to work since the Mirak only have 2 BP?

A minimum of 50% of all BPs must be spent in each round (rounding up) the balance may be banked.

Are we going to disregard this rule?
Or simply "make an Exception"?

I believe they've added a waiver with the line that reads something like "You must spend 1/2 your build points as long as you can afford to build a ship.  If you don't have enough BP to build a ship, you are allowed to bank the entire total."

Since the Mirak can't build BCHs yet (not designed), and the Mirak can't afford a DN, they're able to bank both build points for next cycle, but they'll have to build a ship next cycle as they'll be able to build a DN then...

Krueg:  It means their Econ is so shot to hell from years of war with the Klingons that it takes twice as long for them to build their first DN.   So you see, it's because of the Klingons.   And since you're Klingon High Command . . .    IT'S YOUR FAULT!!!
