Mirak contorl 16,11 and 15,6, no original planets 2 BP
Klingons control both original Mirak planets plus their starting planets. 8 BP

As of 12:01 EST the Klingons have contorl of all 3 formerly neutral planets.
Build points for all:
Klingons: 11 + 4 banked=15
Feds: 4 + 3 banked = 7
Mirak: 0 + 2 banked=2

I have the Screenshots if needed.
