Just a side note.  Maybe its just me but I don't think the red and green lights look very good on the models.  They are unnecessary and take attention away from the rest of the model.  They look like Christmas tree lights.

To my knowledge. All Fed ships have these. They are formation lights.  If you want you can remidy it quite easily.  These lights are all located on the saucer bitmap. You can open it up in paint and simply cut and paste over them with the similar texture material next to them.  And walla no lights.  I myself like them. On the Black ELK they were even meshed in.
