Install prblem with SFC1

I get this error when i attempt to install sfc1

The procedure entry point SUnMapLS_IP_EBP_20 could not be located in dynamic link library Kernel 32.DLL.
 
Im running windows XP Home edition any help would be appreciated.

There's a couple tricks to get SFC1 to work under XP....

i got the same problem with sfc1 on win xp familly edition, sfc1 is not compatible with win xp, i never try to patch cause both 80 gig HD are mostly full and there no place to install it, i will buy a old com that work with win 95/98.

There is a posting at the top of this forum for SFC1 with Win.XP the poster is Pestalence. He tells you in detail how to install SFC1 with Win.XP and  installing the latest patch.I recommend following the instructions to the letter as there will not be any problems. I hope this helps.

    This is for Don.I would suggest removing any programs or games that you are not using at the moment.Then do a  disk scan and Defragment your HD.Those programs that aren't being used are cluttering up your HD.This will make your HD run a lot better especially after Defragmenting it..

SFC1 installed easily though runs slightly herky-jerkily for me on XP Pro.

But Pestalence said that the latest update for XP Home upgrades it to effectively the same thing as XP Pro.

Try updating your OS and then installing SFC1.

He may have to tinker with the patch for the XP Pro Edition.I would but a posting about this for him to read in the thread about SFC1.Please be patient for reply as he is busy with few other projects and RL.

well i did something bether, i format my hd cause of trojan and a old virus that pccillin was unable to remove, now i have re install sfc2 and op and patch them both them replut my shiplist and mod and my save game, but i will try if there working or not.
