Who else likes "Sliders" ?

I picked up the first two seasons on DVD today as Sliders was one of my favorite shows. The 1st and 2nd seasons were the best for the series staying pure to the basic plot, exploring new dimensions.

The 3rd seasons cliffhanger, "The Exdous" started getting crazy with the pulsars and Brickman and the 5th season was just totally hard to follow.

So far I have revisited the Pilot (way cool) and my favorites (thus far) are The one where it's the British States Of America & The One Where Quinn is a mindgame all-star.

I'm also of the opinion that my favorite Slider Actress was Sabrina (Wade) rather then Kari (Maggie).

Anyone else have a favorite episode/season ?

Sliders was a good show...until Sci-Fi took over and the actors started bailing. IMO, the show had it's bright spots after the Sci-Fi take over, but  is pretty much worthless after Quin left.

As far as favorite episodes, there were a bunch. Off hand, the pilot where they were in Soviet America and the one you mentioned, where they were in the British States of America (I forget what exactly they called it, it's been a long time since I saw that one).

Wow, I didn't know it was available on DVD.  That was a Great show which I saw in the states on Sci-Fi.  I liked the first 3 seasons and then it simply got a little stupid.  They should have let them find their way homes and that was it...none of that Cro-mag type junk.  Still a cool show from what I saw of it.

I have to agree with DAnahos_XC .  The first couple of seasons were great, and then it slid downhill fast.

yea slider was cool, but when the change the story and when Quinn was kinda merge with don't know who the show was weird, and the kinda monkey who have evolve instead of human and trying to kill every human from all reality, just a wast of air time.
