Let me see:

- Nemesis Spacedock nearly finished.
- NX05 to do.
- Sentinel class to do.
- Danube runabout (without torpedo pod) to do.

and I got to add this design to my list of to do's. Excellent work Azel. Probabyl one of the unique designs I've ever seen anyway.
Thanks mate!!!
And you also trying her out would be cool

I was just looking at some screenshots I took in game of the Enterprise G, and noticed a few similarities between the Ent-G and this submission for a Presidential ship.  Just thought I'd mention it.
The pen is truly mightier than the sword.  And considerably easier to write with.

i think that the upper thing that you have on the saucer is spoused to be reversed th saucer is spoused to have an inward curve like the voyager did but a tad bigger

BTW  it is very good considering its your first time modeling

And then their was a scream like no other in the universe

thanks for the ideas Core ill take those into consideration as i refine the model. I have alot to do still and alot more to learn but all in all i think I am getting the hang of things. i am not to happy with the main hull the shape just isnt right. Altho with a little tweeking i think i have the nacells(sp.) spot on.

Pretty good attempt so far keep it up......

what is the current poly count?

is it just me.... your saucer looks too small.

Not sure as to how to find out the current poly count. Im working with MAX 4.2. As for the Saucer i have the same feeling so im also redoing that entire piece with improved geometry. my biggest challenge is the hull i have yet to come up with something that i am satisfied with.

after reworking the hull and saucer section the poly count comes to about 5300 polygons if i optimize the saucer i can get it down to about 3800 polys not to bat if i say so myself :) i will have new pics of all the reworked ship probably tomorrow as i do not have internet at home and have to post them from work.

Looking good sofar mate :)
You got that Nacelle is down to a "T"  8)
My only suggestion is to use My mesh as a guide
for the Proportions and shapes, as they are more accurate

Awesome attempt on your first ship sir, major props to ya.Seeing your rendition of the ship IMHO makes it look like a Gal/Olympic Hybrid.Keep the shape but fatten up the keel so it's more of an elongated secondary hull. With all due respect to Azel and the design ,Keels are about as useful in space as a canvas sail or a set of oars. And beside if it's thicker it can hold more "stuff".Just my .$02  ;) I look forward to seeing the finished ship.

lol...the keel is wide mate....and nor does any other shape in the hull have anything to do with space dynamics(unless there is something to warp dynamics)...but it is Wide enough....if you want when this ship is done(as is) we can make a MP variant :)
