code key not working

hi everyone,,new here,,wanted a star trek online game,,got starfleet command empires at war 11,,,,,but code key will not work,,tried interplay and actionvision web sites no help at all,i use xps2,,,,can someone beam me up on this,,,,,,or who to contact....thanks very much,,,only1bill=williamkanoy@earthlink.net

It's an excellant bet that you have been given an SFC2:Orion Pirates key by mistake. Sad but true. Since you've paid for the OP key perhaps somebody can send you a copy of OP so that you can use that key.
