Assistance Please!!!

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Per advice from Chris Jones, I'm asking if anyone here  can help me with the following problem..I'm looking for a SFC2  model of the following ship...

This ship was designed for AMT by Matt Jefferies of TOS fame... I do have a Lightwave model for it and permission from the Artist to modify it or have it modified...
But, I don't have the program or the skills to have it done successfully...
Can any of you assist me... Darkdrone was specifically mentioned by Chris..


I'll be cryin in my beer until then....

hmm..mailer showed failure to send ---as attachment was too large...

FOR CRYIN OUT LOUD...
3 attempts..3 failures.... :o
failed message--- "Remote host said: 554 5.7.1  Oversized.Zip found in mail - rejected"
Any Ideas how to get round this?.... >:(

Well Fallen Warrior...
I can't seem to send the Texture files your way..my e-mail program keeps tellin me that your email host is rejecting the attachment (Texture Files) as they are too large for your e-mail..I sent em over to Starforce...
perhaps he can be of assistance...I will try again ...

Every time I send the textures to you(Fallllen Warrior) I'm still getting the following error message..
"66.226.64.4 failed after I sent the message.
Remote host said: 554 5.7.1  Oversized.Zip found in mail - rejected" :'(

You have ICQ?  if so please provide the number (In a PM if you wish) and some times you are online..I'm in the Central US Time zone...and I'll send em to you direct... :o

I'm willing to help out here as well.. I'd love to see another Jeffries design hit the scene.  And if it's Lightwave (or .COB) I should be able to convert 'er over to .MOD as well..

Just saw all this...F_W, I'll get that sent to you. As for the size limit, as far as I know you should be able to recieve up to 8mb...I wonder if the security program on the server thinks it'sgot a virus...that's happened to me before. I'll chk into it...

Have the mesh itself converted over today, but the texture mapping didn't come across.  So am retrying the conversion with another format in the morning to see if I can carry over the texture mapping as well.

progress = 85% complete.. attempting to see which materials are missing from the mesh as there are areas on the mesh itself that were obviously textured at some point.. but I can't find the corresponding textures in the archive.

Check the WIP forum for the thread I'm about to post.. someone has to break that forum in I guess.. :)
