Still confusing on the whole "Ambassador Forrest" angle, but time will tell.  Fans and skeptics should be at least happy that this "Vulcan Reformation" is going to steer them towards what we've seen before.

From what I've heard, Admiral Forest (Archer's superior officer) will be killed.

I think seeing T'Pau will be cool.  I'm not so sure about the new Surak, but I liked Surak in the Savage Curtain, and, if he acts like that guy, I think he'll be pretty cool.
