Anyone have a link or have a copy they can e-mail me of the original trailer for the first Star Fleet Command game? It had some gameplay footage and talked about its roots in SFB (even showed a map and counters).

I don't ever remember seeing that one, I'll have to dig through my archives a bit.

It just so happens I came accross my SFC game, I put it in and installed it and played 2 missions and had withdrawls. Contemplated cutting my head off, and harry carry. I can copy it for you and place it on my ftp please pm me and let me know if you still want it.

I think you are talking about the game's opening movie. I actually am looking for the pre-release teaser trailer for the game that was released on the internet in 1999. It showed gameplay footage and had a voiceover talking about the game. It was maybe 30 seconds to a minute long.

Come on, someone has to have this on their harddrive somewhere!!! Anyone?

Found one on SFC1 Bonus disc (1:44 long), it's based on a pre-release version of the game, and has no mention of the Gorn. But it does show in game footage and even a flash of SFB rule book and counters.

Is this what you are thinking of?

(but it's 22 MB large, not easy to transfer)
