Topic: Need help to modify some Models?

Heya all,

I need help to resize some models, Im making a fun Server on D3 and built some Carriers but the problem is that the fighters I got are to big compare of the Carriers, those fighter are the size of a Frigate. I couldn't found any Borg fighter so was thinking to take the sphere and resize it to a shuttle size but dunno how. Any1 can help me pls??

In max, click the scale button, then the lock ratio button in the bottom, then type the reduction % into the little box next to the lock!
