As I might be having one go out as it"s barely turing. Or is one fan from another computer pretty much the same for all.

Is it a case fan, cpu fan or power supply fan?  Fans really don't cost too much, but silent and variable speed fans cost a little more.  Check out www.directron.com.  You'll get an idea of what's out there and price.

Is it the fan near the plug?  If so then its the power supply fan and most likely you'll have to replace the power supply.

Nope its the little black plastic fan below that, but not the CPU fan as I know which one that is. So can I swap that one out with the fan from my old computer looks like its the same size. I got a tower case by the way.

Get a ruler and measure. Then multiply by 2.54. Thats your fan size. Go to Best Buy or Compusa and buy a fan of said size. Screw it in, connect, and voila.

Or you could take it from another PC. Just make sure you unplug your PC for a few minutes before you connect anything. Just to be safe, of course.
