GW 3 ?

Was wondering, When is GW 3 starting ?,
I know sometime after "Timelines" but any i dea of a date ?

Soon, J'inn needs to finish the map. 

A Testing server will be up (even without the correct map) soon after LB5.

If it starts any time during the first half of a given month, I'll likely miss all or part of it, just as I have missed all of LB5.  :(
