« on: July 19, 2004, 10:57:19 pm »
Get a mixer, start combining ingredient's in mixer, start mixer and promply break mixer. Put ingredient's in another mixer and mix, determine it really did not mix very well put it in another bowl and get a potato masher, and go to town on mix. Get another bowl and put ingredients in that. Get another bowl and mix up batter. Get skillet ready. Inbetween all this go into computer room and see if anyone replied to your post if so make witty reply. Go back Dredge your meat in Batter and then in the mix slap it in the skillet, Buring yourself while doing it because you got the skillet to hot while checking you posts and got splaterd by the grease. and enjoy your dinner. :D

I try to use the KISS rule when I cook...Keep It Simple Stupid

actually works..I do all the cooking, and I do some fancy dishes, but I learned them over the years.  Just do th easy stuff, and build your repetoire.

I use that also when I'm in a hurry, athough I use Garlic Powder instead of Salt. Garlic Salt doesn't seem to have as Much Flavor as the Straight powder does.

As to BBQ...well, I use an easy method...grill the item (ribs, chicken, etc) so the outer meat is cooked,
then cover with favorite sauce and slow cook (2-3 hours) in the oven @ 200 to 250 degrees..works pretty good..

pan frying chicken takes practice and patience...deep frying, lots of practice...
