Klingon D5 and D5W Black Fleet Versions available!
« on: July 16, 2004, 11:18:54 pm »
Sorry for the delay with these Klingon retextures. Real life issues....

This time I have TWO ships for the price of one! The D5 and D5W are in the same .rar file.

I can't seem to get CV to do a good beauty shot of the D5W's pylon that holds the third warp engine. Also I haven't had time for in game shots, maybe somebody else can post some here.

At any rate, I was thinking about the Pros and Cons of having a nearly uniform fleet; especially where the Klingon Empire runs into a resource crunch by the end of the TMP era and faced with another adversary as their alliance with the Romulans deteriorates prior to the Nerendra III incident...

Without further delay:

Hopefully, Darkdrone will get these up at SFC3 Files as well.

What's with everyone hustling people with that link to battleclinic ::) Nice retex KF, though I'd have altered Atra's positioning of the third nacelle opn the D5W to be a single pylon, I never got the point of rollbars for nacelles, just means more exposed plasma conduit and further for the plasma to travel to the nacelle :-\ Anywho...

Its a place for people to share their models. Is there something wrong with trying to help the commnity?

He already has his models hosted at a site of his choosing, what's with pressuring people to use your site. I mean if people WANT to put their models on battleclinic then I think you guys advertise it enough that we can't really miss it and people will put their stuff there. I hate this attitude that because some people want to host models separately from you you instantly say we're anti-community. ::) helping the community would be advertising this service in threads where people don't yet have hosting so they can get their models out on the net. That is fine and helpfull.

Ive offered this service to the whole community.
There are more services for those that are interested, and some have taken us up on that.

I got no intention of being banned here, so there'll be no trouble from me. Yellow sign? If you mean my avatar then it's my name 'Marauth' spelt out in Dunmeri script (the font used by the Dunmer - Dark Elves - in TESIII: Morrowind I use this name and avatar pretty much everywhere)

Regarding my work yes I do have several models waiting to be put up, I've sent them to RogueNine for some hardpoints and brk.mods to be done and then when his site goes up they'll be there, dunno when that'll be though. Anywho when they get released you might want to have a go at retexing them in yours/ganymad's style if you want as they're all based on WZ45 models, I prefer to keep my feds clean looking but more variety never hurts.
