V534 Patch corruption

OK, the patch is missing .1 megs and it isn't working for anyone.

The ToastyO link isn't working and the bandwidth is very slow when .com is added.

Does D.net plan to mirror this?

Our forums are getting hammered with people saying this patch doesn't work -- same at STGU.

Has anyone contacted Pesty? If not, I'll try to reach him on MSN or through the Yahoo admins group.

  I don't think you need to contact him as he will be checking in from time to time and I am trying to get a hold of him to.He is possibly working out of town as he does often.

I am currently uploading to SFCx.. nightsoft went down when i was trying to re-upload the file to my site.. so in the interm.. i am uploading to SFCx and i will change all my postings to reflect the new link.. everyone that has a mirror going up will need to replace the patch once done.. the problem was the file was uploaded in Binary, which is a no-no for exe files... i didn't realize what was wrong until I checked the settings in WS FTP Pro... so now I am using Turbo FTP and the file is being uploaded properly in ASC II transfer format.. as such, the patch will be available in about an hour and 20 min.. i will make postings in all places where i posted the release.. the DL addy in the first post will be edited to reflect the SFCx link.. please be patient..

this was my fault as I didn't check the settings on WS FTP Pro before uploading.. which most probably was the problem with the OP Enhancement Package v2.0 and the reason it is not up and online as of yet.. I will endeavor to get the OP Enhancement package uploaded this week when time permits on my end.. sorry for the delay and the set back.. but just remember that the new build is out and everyone who owns SFC 3 will get benifit from it...

Finally, the question has arose asking if this still has the previous fixes.. I hate to say Dumb question.. but why in the world would all the previous fixes be striped out of v534? v534 builds on top of v531 which means all previous fixes are still in SFC 3... v534 adds 8 more fixes to all the previous fixes... as such, I only listed the fixes added specifically by v534 with the understanding and common sence that all the previous fixes are inclusive in the build.. take 5 min and read the readme file inclluded in the patch and you will see where all the previous fixes are listed as well as tweaks added in that people normally don't mess with...

anyhow.. just fome FYI.. P.S. 1 hour left on the upload now..

First.. the URL is fixed for v534 patch.. please check my postings in the main SFC 3 v534 patch release thread..


Second.. Age.. OP Enhancement Package is not available at this time.. at least not the 2.0 package... I am going to upload it as soon as I possibly can...

I'm sort of busy at present with other matters of more importance than the OP Enhancement pack.. all the materials contained in the OP Enhancement Package v2.0 are readily available in separate components on these boards.. I will try to get the Enhancement package available as soon as i possibly can for the benifit of OP Players.. I also intend to make a EAW Enhancement package as well but please bear with me...

I will post when things become available...

  I will be watching but for the sake of Bisquik in the D2 forum which I am helping at the moment.I would suggest putting a sticky in there for the E. Packs.I will keep him apprised of this.Thanks
