I knew I should have posted on this thread sooner,
OK, just to let you all know, I DO NOT have SFC:OP (yet), I have straight SFC:EAW with the 2036 patch. With a little finessing of the WONServerSetup.gf file, I got ONLINE. I no longer have firewall messages of any type, and even have a new ship. Read my thread entitled: "Yo, yo, YO!!! I play EAW and it works." Once again, my copy of the file, for all to see and use:

Let me know if it works or if it does not. Under the [WONDirectoryServer/Addresses] line, I put spaces between the numbers, the equal sign, and the line in quotes. Simple DOS trick which can be missed by ANYONE.
E-mail or reply if you get it to work, or if you have problems.
Peace out,
