Very nice model.  And too be honest, your texturing style is superior too my models in my opinion.  Very good first attempt model.

What program you use? If it's max3,4 or 5, there are plug-ins for that...max6 no such luck. MS3D also has plug-ins to export to .mod.

Im using 5... I have the plugins.... and I am only getting this problem with this particular model... I have three others That i'm working on and they export fine??

The mesh is flawless no holes gaps or anything... renders perfectly under max... but the second I export it into .mod format and then later import it or view it as a .mod model some of the faces are transparent.. you rotate around the model then those faces reappear and some others turn transparent... very wierd... But again the model is fine as a max file...

I have other models and their fine its just this one... :(

Thanks

If that is your 1st attempt, I think you have a very promising modeling future. ;)

Thanks... sandman helped me with this little problem... but you are correct in saying all i needed to do was flip the normals.... doh...

Yeah my first proper attempt.. picked up a copy of 3ds max 2 months ago... did some tuts... got myself a copy of photoshop 7 did some tuts... so in two months this is the result... never touched 3d software or anything before..

its a start and i'll stick with it..
