I've just spent the last six hours getting the directory servers to run. And it was pure hell too. Oh well, what is my torment to your enjoyment, eh?
To get your copy of SFC2 back running, please do the following:
Open your
C:\Program Files\Taldren Software Inc\Starfleet Command Orion Pirates\MetaAssets\ServerProfiles\Multiplayer\
folder. In it there is a file called WONServerSetup.gf. Edit this with a text editor, preferably Notepad.
Make the following changes to this file:
[WONDirectoryServer/Addresses]
0="63.101.60.124:15101"
//0="sfc2.west.won.net:15101"
//1="sfc2.central.won.net:15101"
//2="sfc2.east.won.net:15101"
Save the file and your ready to enjoy SFC2:OP in all it's glory and splendor.
People running servers will also need to make a change as well, as follows:
Open your folder containing your server, navigate through your Assets\Server Profiles\_CentralSwitchPlusAllServers\ directories, find ServersSetup.gf, and make the following changes:
[WONDirectoryServer/Addresses]
0="63.101.60.124:15101"
//0="sfc2.west.won.net:15101"
//1="sfc2.central.won.net:15101"
//2="sfc2.east.won.net:15101"
Save the file. Your server is now able to launch.
I ask a moderator or administrator sticky this post to the top, as it is vital to get your game back running.
Thanks!

**CHANGED TO REFLECT THE NEW IP ADDRESS**
OK,
Anyone that wishes to not put an ip address in their gf file and replace "won" with "blackfleet"
In other words:
0="sfc2.west.won.net:15101"
1="sfc2.central.won.net:15101"
2="sfc2.east.won.net:15101"
becomes:
0="sfc2.west.blackfleet.net:15101"
1="sfc2.central.blackfleet.net:15101"
2="sfc2.east.blackfleet.net:15101"
I actually encourage dynaverse.net to setup:
0="sfc2.west.dynaverse.net:15101"
1="sfc2.central.dynaverse.net:15101"
2="sfc2.east.dynaverse.net:15101"
that way, they can change servers as needed and the end users will not have to edit the gf file.
We still need to talk to the won.net guys to see if they can make the change so new users will not have to make these changes...
