In the old forum, there was an OP Plus 3.3+ correction thread for FireSoul's OPP 3.3

This is actually not a "correction", but a compliment: I just noticed that in the new OP Plus 3.3, the D7C and D7L cruisers no longer have the Mech Tractors (which gave the ships five effective tractors).

KUDOS! 
(I found this while actually diving into the file to take out these tractors!)

Although technically incorrect, I always found the five tractors on these ships extremely unbalancing.
