But only for some of us, mine reboots my freaki'n comp everytime i join into Lamespy, within 1 min of logging in.

when I try to launch the game I get "There was an error and the game could not launch". New one for me. Shut down all fire walls etc. No joy. Double checked path, again no joy. Hadn't been on GS for several months (Feb?) didn't see any updates I missed. Dunno.

well after a night of trial and error , I have succeeded in find the exact problem in my instance , it was creative Labs vxd drivers . I yanked those out and slaped the inferior wma drivers in and no more reboots.
