Droughts should be a thing of the past, as I'm a BIG fan of non-fossil fuel power plants to power desalinization plants. If anyone caught my Ten Forward "Pretty cool energy source thread" you would find that the developers of the power source are very correct in one aspect, water could very well be the most important resource in the 21st century. America needs to quit blowing money on BS and invest in it's resources and learn to manage them better. The WORLD is 3/4 water, how much more of an opportunity do we want?
