Tracey, I don't think this is permanent. We are just concentrating our forces on the D3 right now.

Please, don't go running off and quoting me. I do NOT know any details. This is just something I picked up from some conversations.

Who knows, we may be playing next week on the D2. So I don't think this is a big deal. I just feel that I need to be with my fleet.

Thanks, Mog.  I understand your concerns, and believe me, this is not anything sinister.

Like I said, I have no details, this is what I perceive from listening to conversations.

I am sure we will be back to the D2 in no time and you will be able to target us as many times as you like. <wink>

It would appear that SSCF had decided to concentrate on only one server at a time. Other fleets have done this, I know KAT/KOTH has from time to time requested the presense of our pilots on a specific server.

It doesn't make sense to split your personel. And right now SSCF feels that SFC3.net Four Corners is thier focus. Don't read anything into this, they are just allocating their resources like a smart fleet should.

Eventually Four Corners will end and they will be back.

I have absolutely no time line here as to how long it will be till we are back on the D2. I am not in the Admiral's Circle... yet.... so I am not privvy to this information.

I am not trying to start trouble here by posting that we will not be flying the D2 right now. I just thought you guys/gals deserved to know.

Well, Kim, what bothers me, is that I've become accustomed to the SSCF being a D2 fleet. SSCF is also known as a D2 fleet, and as you know, I've flown with nearly all of them and have fond memories of doing so. It is a little disconcerting to discover that this is no longer the case. Sorry for my pessimism in regard to their return, however, your comment earlier regarding your 'Admirals' decision has a certain draconian tone to it, fuel to the fire for which was added with your second comment about not being 'privy' to the Admiral's circle. Its a game, I find this to be, shall we say... dogmatic?? pedantic?? certainly autocratic. Nevertheless, I respect your choice and wish the SSCF the best of luck in the campaign on the D3, they will be sorely missed.

I use the terms that you are referring to as role playing. Even though this is all a game, I take my position in my fleet seriously in the role playing game.

Yes, I give my Admirals the respect that I would have if it were real. Maybe I take it too far. But I really get into all this fleet stuff. I like it that way.

I say it all with a smile. This all just so fun to me. I just thought you guys should know that we may not be where you think we should be.

I've come to feel that within this community, many people in the SSCF I would call a friend. Aussie, Hooch, yourself as well... for example and many others. I'm sure I speak for many others that we'd like to see you back, and I dont mind expressing my feelings here at all by telling you, I feel saddened and disappointed by this development. I'm just saying it would have been nice to have been told about this, and I will say it feels like a very cold action and belittles the spirit of comradery and I have come to know and enjoy about this game. Cast aside,  are the words I'm looking for.

I can play Fed for DOE but I am gonna need some help. I've never flown Fed before and these photon torps seem pretty tempermental about hitting things.
