need your help guys. i havent moded in years but...

she looks fine in max. she looks fine in mod view, she looks fine in the usility to add glows, bit in recash and the game ( sfc3) shes just white with the glows....what gives?

sounds like the textures aren't in the same folder or if they are they are named wrong

Sorry I canīt help. It never happened to me before.
Make sure that the textures files sizes are correct. You sould use something like 1024*1024, 512*512, 256*256 and so on. (or even 1024*512, 512*256, I donīt remmember all the options right now)
Or maybe something with the mesh, you canīt have two vertex or faces in exactly the same place. If you are using max you can run the STL check utility which is very useful for this.

It doesnīt explain why it shows up in the mod viewer and the utils, but who knows.....Maybe the game engine is somehow more sensitive....

aye.  all that chacks out.  but i can still only see white.  must be a mesh prob i guess.  wish i still had sfc2 to test her with

That sounds more like a exporter error, you might want to check the export logs as you do it. A white ship means the textures are applied to the model but are either not in the folder, the right size, the right format (BMP) or named right.
