one does 10 points of damage and can be transported up to 5 away from your ship, the other can't be transported but does 35 points of damage.

Thanks.I thought it might say it in EAW as well that is the book I usually refer to because it has more info on tactics as well it is bigger but thanks.I just looked and it was in there I guess I never looked for it that hard. When I drop them out they never it the target ot are you suppose to tractor them in.That I know will work as for conventional t-bombs.
 Thanks agian.

AFAIK you only get one NSM no matter how many you put on the ship. I have never seen more available. I believe it is part of the game code and not a function of the shiplist.

the max of t mine is 127.

but i never try that many so i don't know how it will work in a game, but it might be fun you keep teleporting mine around the enemy ship to cause damage to it , and the max number of transporter is 25, so you can teleport  a lot of mine  with that

the reactor beam is 127, the shild is 4999, so with that your unvulnarable, power is 127 also, acceleration is 1000, with that your super fast and can slap the eneymy before is weapon is ready.

You can only drop them out of the back or just transport them. These are the only way to send mines out of your ship. There is no other way.

i know but in shipedit you have up to 6 drop mine and a lot more transporter mine, but you can drop as much mine as you carry, so why drop mine and transporter mine are seperate since its all mine in the game?

If you go into the Space Dock it asks you how many mines that you want. That is the maximum mines that your ship can carry. If you edit it up to say ten it will only give you ten and if you look in your transporter and weapons panel there will only be that number of mines. You can only have what you get out of Space dock no more and if you play on a Dyna you are only allowed the maximum number which I believe is six that is it.I would like if a Dyna player would quote me on this please thanks and you are only allowed to use the same ship list as everyone else or there will be warning that someone is using a modified ship list and it will show your name.

Different ships have different limits. The larger the ship, the more mines it can carry. It ranges from 4 - 12 going from Frigate to Dred.

no, he means the amount of mines onboard the sgip, quantity wise, not the damage, i believe ever mine does the same damage, regardless whether it is transported or dropped out the back

That is correct. The mines do the same ammount of damage. The only exceprion is the Romulan Nuclear Mine. Typically you carry only one. Maybe two on a bigger ship. It can only be dropped out the rear, and is the first mine you drop. You must develop a tactic that allows you to drop it in front of an enemy and get them to run over it. Typically this is done by making a close, high speed, pass at an angle to the bow of the oncoming opponent.
