SFC3/assets/modable

Ok, I have been playing with this file but since I am the complete noob at this can someone tell me how to really make the most of this file?

I have tinkered with it just a little and can see some potential for it if only i knew more.

It changes the health bar and targeting reticule but  exactly how can I exploit this to the fullest?

It contains only one line in it. can more be added and if so what?
and exactly what can i really change?

Waiting patiently for an expert to reply.

well im not sure but i am interested in what can be done to this file.... I have heard how to and leard\ned (trial and error) how to mod some of the other files but this file has eluded me... what is it for and what can you do to it to mod the game?

Yes, inquirying minds want to know. They named it "modable" for a reason.

I have tinkered with it but with puny results.

I would really like to get into it more and change that annoying cursor, the reticule, the skins for the overlays etc...

pretty sure you can change the cursors, they're in Assets\Mouse
