Its from the 70's TV sow "blakes 7" a show about 5 criminals ( and only one of them wrongly accused of the crime he was areested for) and 2 computers who manage to jump ship on the way to a penal colony and wage a tarrorist war against the evil corrupt Federation ( to make the federation joke stick the fed solders had symbles on there chests like the clasic trek emblem on it side)
It was a gritty show, whare heros often died, whare the bad guys often won, after 4 years, the bbc stoped it dispite it being there most watched show. the last episode saw the whole crew betrayed and brutily gunned down.

the ship itself was created by a humonoid species, possibly a colony called the "system"
the ship is at least a thousand meters long.
