Troy, it turned out to be a darn good movie!

This weekend I saw "Troy." I was expecting a historical war story turned into a love story. It was true, but the directors kept it to a bare minimum. The film was awesome! Yes, I have to admit, Brad did good in this flick (how hard is it to play a fighter though?). I will not give out the story, I do not like spoiling things, but it did make me see through the eyes of the Trojans for once, seeing how when I was a youngster and I loved reading Greek history and Mythology that I always thought the world of the Greeks and not the evil Trojans. Turns out there are two sides to every story, it's just that Greece won, Troy did not, and history favors the winners...

Want to see some good classic old school warfare with ancient weapons? Awesome scenery in the age of heroes and when generals and kings led the way into battle? Definitely your money's worth as the film is almost 3 hours long? Take some time out and go see "Troy."

Achilles was supposedly a nutcase,so anything would have been possible with him...if he actually existed.

Agamemnon apparently really existed, according to Hittite records of the time period.
