Kt'Hyla has given his blessing before regarding converting his Klingon Academy ships to SFC and he has recently added a few new ships to his KA website:

We can always use more Klingon and Romulan ships anyway....

i have the D´Vas somewhere converted only the textures need a bit rework and the lightmaps

and i work currently on the Klingon K'Torr class destroyer because i meen to that we can always use more Klingon and Romulan ships
