If a steak requires a sauce, its not worth cooking in the first place.

Nothing but course salt, fresh ground pepper, and perhaps a bit of garlic.

Sometime's I'll put a bit of Tony Chachere's New Orleans seasoning on it before cooking.

You can buy the whole pepper corns at just about any grocery store. You can crush them by hand but, Its a pain.
The best way is to buy a pepper mill ( Grinder). Its one of those long things you twist the top of, ( Maybe you saw one on TV?). You can Get a good one for about 5 to 10 $.
Hope this helps and you will see the flavor is just wonderful !!

A-1 is my favorite prepared steak sauce. But marinate because most people make the mistake of saucing it up before grilling or on the grill and usually it is just burnt and adds little flavor that way. Sauce is ok after itis on the plate also. Montreal steak season blend is good.

Mix it all to taste and rub it on and let it set in fridge for a while, least a hour ,prefereably longer the longer the better  and it tates pretty good.
