Legal to drink next year.
In the UK college begins at 16, so he's got them already. He's in between college and university girls now

Unfortunately, in the U.S. you gotta wait till you're 21 till you can consume "frosty adult beverages." Who says that were the most civilized country in the world?

And yeah, you Brits are all screwed up... 'High School' is called 'College,' 'College' is called 'University,' 'roads' are called 'carriageway' and and pretty girls are called 'tourists.'

Some of our schools are called high schools. I Just think of college here being like the last two years of your high school. Some of our "high schools" have what's called a 6th form, if they don't then there is the local college. After collage you have university. However things are changing because the government wants to make eduction compulsory until the age of 18.

Besides, because we are the older and more established nation it means it's you Americans that are screwed up, you changed names etc just to spite us when we got tired of fighting you and let you govern yourselves. And you don't even drive on the correct side of the road.
