My sincerest apologies. After your offering, and my accepting, of mercy in our prior game, that last encounter leaves me very unhappy with myself and my performance.

As your vessel came around for the second WWed overrun, all I saw was that your 'life bar' in my top right hand corner was still near 85% or so. In retrospect, I did not stop to consider that though most of your systems were repaired, your Hull value was gone, and yould be taking 5 Hellbores at close range with almost all of your screens gone.

Even so, it was a last salvo from the fighters quite literally as I was reaching for the 'return' button (to keep them from shooting) that did the vessel in.

Nonetheless, having showed mercy to me, I returned the favour by destroying your vessel, however inadvertently. I am heartily sorry, and if there is anything I can do to repay the debt, just let me know.

Guys, I think you missed the intent of the post. The Gentleman in question had granted mercy to me a mission earlier (OS vs BCHV) and I sadly returned the favour in the worst possible way.
