May I point out - by the original sixties series of Star Trek, that the USS Enterprise was the first ship in the Fed's history to do documented time travel?

Is this me being a fool, or are B&B really needing to retire and drop the dead horse that is Enterprise?

Early in the show there was the comment that nothing was recorded of the entire xindi incidents.

In that light treat everything in this "show" as a termporal anomoly that will collapse under its own weight of poor writing and lousy cannon adherence.

That said BRING ON MORE T'POL slinkky body suits and fleshy episodes !!!!!!!!

I love time travel. It rocks.

But again? I tune into Enterprise every once in a while. I saw the cliffhanger. I did not see how it was resolved but saw the posts that talked about it here. I gathered that the community's basic opinion of the resolution of the cliffhanger was... wtf?

How in the world is Enterprise even * operating * ?

And now we have the ship from the past with the family bit.

DS9 did this with a different twist.

We've had Daniels from the future. Now we've had the descendents from the past that now (of course) never existed.

Once again, I like time travel. But anything overused as a plot device becomes tiresome.

Enterprise sent over a century into the past

Choices:

1/ Go to Earth and prepare them for the future, maybe avoid WWIII. Can't do that because we don't want to interfere with history.

2/ Run around the expanse for all that time making allies (none of whom provide ships to help against the Xindi) and try to destroy the first weapon that is sent to attack Earth (I thought we weren't wanting to interfere with history?) Of course none of that alliances and trading has any effect on the future and none can replace those century old injectors.

3/ Find a planet somewhere to colonize and build up a society that can build replicas of Enterprise (even develped advanced tech to make better copies) and stop the Xindi with a fleet instead of one ancient ship. The old west planet would be useful for this. Ohhh yeah, can't change history (except in option 2 of course).

4/ As 3/ but make friends with the Xindi before the sphere builders do and stop the war before it starts. Ohhh yeah, can't change history (except in option 2 of course).

Just a few off the top of my head options. I am sure that with years to plan and the brains upon a ship like the NX-01 something better could be done.

..........UHG!!!!! I'm sorry, I tried too defend B&B with their show with the idea that this whole thing could be possibly an "Alternate Timeline" or a "Alternate Universe", but its almost as if B&B are making this whole series "Half-ass".

Is Paramont does give these two the axe or reassigns them, how about asking one or two of the old cast members of the other shows too take over the helm? Its seems too me that Lavar Burton and Jonathan Franks both directed many episodes of Star Trek. They may not want too act in Star Trek anymore, but if they don't have any other acting jobs available could they be interested in taking over B&B's place? I would trust them a little more then some temporary excutive put in place.

Thinking about the ending(what happened to the other Enterprise ) got me wondering...why DO they remember it? It cant be a flaw in the script(shockingly) because that was written in. I think back to the TNG episode "Yesterday's Enterprise , because basically the same thing happened, but the meeting was forgotten. Maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree, but I dont believe this is the last time we will see 2 NX-01 Enterprise's

The episode's themselves havent been THAT bad, but the endings are absolutely horrible. They would do better making Enterprise a 2-hr show
